Returns and Exchanges

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment is confirmed. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

If your product is defective, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as indicated on your receipt. Returns or exchanges beyond 30 days from the delivery date are not permitted.

Terms and Conditions:
– Items must be returned in their original purchase condition, including unopened packaging that is unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
– Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned in their entirety.
– This policy excludes items labeled as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
– Shipping costs for returning products will not be covered by Shirtsneeded unless the return is due to product quality issues.
– Consumer rights under applicable laws remain unaffected by this policy.

All returned items must be sent back to Shirtsneeded in original condition. Additional charges may apply for damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, misassembly, or missing parts.

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Shirtsneeded will cover the cost of return shipping and restocking. For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, you will bear the cost of return shipping at Shirtsneeded sole discretion, based on the product’s condition and other applicable policies.

How to Place a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Shirtsneeded at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Returns or exchanges without prior authorization from Shirtsneeded will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for lost goods or refunds.
  3. Once approved, Shirtsneeded will provide a prepaid return label for authorized returns.

Please ensure that all original packing materials, manuals, accessories, and complimentary items are included with your return to avoid extra charges.

Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. After inspection, we will inform you whether your return or exchange request has been approved or denied. If approved, we will process your exchange or refund within 1–3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take several days to process. If you haven’t received your refund yet, wait for a few days and check with your bank or credit card provider. If the refund is not pending, contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you promptly within 1–2 business days.
