At Shirtsneeded Store, we accept all major credit cards and payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Full payment is required before your order is shipped.
Once we receive your order, we perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. Your card will be debited once authorization is received. The amount debited will be treated as a deposit for the goods you wish to purchase. Upon dispatching the goods, and sending you a confirmation email, the deposit will be used as payment for the items as listed in the confirmation email.
As our products are personalized and handcrafted based on your specific design and request, we will begin production once payment is confirmed.
To make a payment, simply click on the “Proceed To Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button on our website. You will be directed to the selected payment-processing site, where you can pay with your credit card or through your existing PayPal account. PayPal will handle the payment, and the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as PayPal.
All refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment, whether via PayPal or your credit/debit card.
For your security, your credit card information is not processed through or stored on Shirtsneeded.com servers, and no information is ever shared with third parties.
